Quality at KayaCosmos is not an end-of-line check. It is a carefully integrated system built into every stage of the manufacturing process — from raw material selection and supplier evaluation to incoming inspection, formulation development, production, in-process controls and final batch release. Every stage is monitored with defined procedures and quality checkpoints to ensure that products consistently meet the required specifications.
Our quality-focused approach brings together trained professionals, controlled manufacturing practices, documented processes and systematic testing. We pay close attention to critical parameters such as ingredient quality, formulation consistency, product appearance, texture, stability, packaging integrity and batch-to-batch uniformity. This structured approach helps us identify and address potential issues before they affect the finished product.

8-Stage Quality Control Process
Raw Material Incoming
Every raw material received is verified against specification, tested for key parameters and approved before use.
Material Sampling
Representative samples from each lot are tested in our QC laboratory for identity, purity and conformance.
In-Process Controls
During manufacturing, critical parameters — pH, viscosity, temperature — are monitored and documented.
Batch Testing
Every batch undergoes a full suite of tests including appearance, pH, viscosity, microbial counts and physical stability.
Microbial Testing
Finished products are tested for microbial contamination to confirm they meet regulatory and safety standards.
Stability Assessment
Products are placed on stability study to confirm they maintain quality attributes over their intended shelf life.
Certificate of Analysis
A comprehensive COA is issued for every released batch confirming all quality parameters have been met.
Final Release Control
No product is dispatched until formal batch release by our QC team following review of all production records.
